We source our products from several different warehouses, each with its own shipping policies and practices. So, the available shipping options may vary from one item to another; these are determined at the warehouse.

Because we have multiple warehouses, your order may arrive in several packages. Please use street addresses only (we can’t deliver to a P.O. Box) and be sure to check for errors! Otherwise the carrier could charge a fee.

Which carriers do you use?

Your order may be delivered via FedEx, US Postal Service, UPS or SpeeDee, depending on the vendor. If multiple carrier options are available, you’ll be given a chance to select the one you want at checkout.

How are shipping prices determined?

Shipping rates may vary as we have mulitaple vendors and warehouses.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders placed after 4pm EST will not be processed until the following business day. (We don’t process orders on holidays or weekends.)

Assuming the item is in stock, your order should go out within 1-3 business days of being processed. However, candles, party favors and personalized items may take up to five business days to go out. Weather may affect delivery time as well.

We encourage you to place your order well in advance, and keep your event-planning stress to a minimum!

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are designated automatically; you should receive your tracking number from your carrier via email. If you don’t receive one, please contact your carrier.

What if I have a complaint?

Please contact your carrier directly to resolve any shipping-related issues. We’re not responsible for anything that happens after your order ships: mislabeled boxes, processing mistakes, delays, etc. If UPS leaves a box at your door that you don’t receive, if your order was damaged in transit, if it’s lost or late – if these or any other concerns come up, your carrier is the one who can help.
