We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is wrong with your purchase, let’s fix that! Here’s what you need to know to move through the return process as quickly as possible.


We source our products from several different warehouses, each with its own set of return policies. That said, we hope this overview will answer most of your questions.

Which items can I return?

Damaged or defective items can always be returned. If it’s broken or it doesn’t work, it’s considered damaged. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on damaged or defective merchandise.

If an item is in good shape but you’ve changed your mind about it, you may be able to return that as well. Some limitations do apply (see below for details). Also, you will be charged a $3.00 processing fee and restocking fee (15%-25%) for these items.

What isn’t returnable?
  • Clothing that you’ve worn. For health reasons, some warehouses don’t allow these returns.
  • Partial returns. Items sold as a set have to be returned as a set. And if you order items en masse, you must return the entire quantity.
  • Discontinued items. You can’t return these, but we will reimburse you with store credit if the item has a manufacturer defect.
  • Customized items. Personalized, hand-crafted or dated items can’t be returned, nor can gloves of a color other than white, ivory or jet. However, in case of manufacturer defects, we will reimburse you with store credit.
  • Items with slight variations. Minor differences in the size, shape, weight, color or design of handmade items aren’t considered damages. Neither are variations in natural materials (ceramic, porcelain, glass, etc). Fabric colors can vary from one dye lot to another; this too is normal.
  • Damaged packaging. We can’t be responsible for the condition of the packaging by the time your item arrives. If a package is dented, crushed, split or wet upon arrival, open it immediately to check for damage, and contact your carrier to resolve any issues.
What will I get for my return?

Your return may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or reimbursed with in-store credit, depending on the condition of the item and the policies of the warehouse. To inquire about a particular item, just  contact us.

Is there a time limit?

Yes. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, we need to receive your claim within five days of delivery, no exceptions.

How do I return an item?

If you want to return an item, please take the following steps:

  • Place the item back in its original packaging.
  • If you’re claiming damages, please take a photo of every single defect and email them to  contactus@bellabridalandheirlooms.com.
  • Get your return authorized before you put it in the mail –  contact us to find out how. Unfortunately, all unauthorized returns will be refused.

Depending on the warehouse, what happens after this may vary. We’ll guide you through the rest of the process personally when you contact us.

Who pays for shipping?

If it’s a return, shipping in both directions will be your responsibility.

For damaged items, the warehouse will cover the cost of UPS or USPS ground freight. Note, we won’t pay for expedited shipping or shipping upgrades.

Please place your order well in advance (at least three weeks before your event) so that if corrections do need to be made, there’s enough time to take care of it.

What else should I know about shipping?

It’s important to make sure your item is packaged and addressed properly (using street addresses only – not a P.O. Box). If the carrier refuses your shipment, you’ll have to pay the return fee. If they charge us a fee for a bad address, we’ll pass that fee along to you. And if an item is packaged improperly, you’ll be responsible for any damages that might take place during transit.

Also, we’re not responsible for items lost in transit; we encourage you to track your shipment.
