How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are processed 1-3 business days if placed by 4pm EST. We have multiple warehouses throughout the USA. Depending on which warehouse your order is shipped from delivery can take 5-10 business days. Orders that have personalization can take 10-14 business days. How long does it take for you to respond to an email?
Most emails are replied within 24-48 hours period excluding weekend and holidays. Your questions and concerns are very important to us, and we will do our very best to reply back with a response as soon as we possibly can.
How are the orders shipped?
Your order may be delivered via FED EX, USPS, or UPS depending on which warehouse the products are shipped out of.
Can I order favor samples?
Yes, favor samples can be ordered.  Please go to our Contact Us page to place an order and to inquire sample pricing.  Please note that favor samples are non-returnable. Please see our policy page for detailed information.
Do you have a catalog?
Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog as we are always adding new products.
I received the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Each order shipped come with proof of delivery in the form of confirmation number or tracking number.
This info will be emailed to you when your order is shipped, so please use a valid email address when going through the check out.  If you have not received your tracking number please check your spam folders.
Was my order received?
Once your order is placed an invoice and summary of your order will be generated.  This info will be emailed to you when your order is received.  So please use a valid email address when going through the checkout.  Please check your spam folders if you have not received the email.
What payment method do you accept?
We are currently accepting only Pay Pal and Credit Card payments.
I have not received my package even though tracking number shows delivered.
The first step you should take is to check all around your house.  The package may have been placed where it is difficult to see (to avoid being stolen if just laying around) such as behind plants, etc.  Second step you should take is to check with your neighbors.  It is possible that the package was miss delivered to a neighboring address near you. 
Do you collect sales tax?
For orders shipped out side of New York, we do not collect sales tax.  For orders within New York sales tax will be collected and processed and paid to that state of New York.
Are back order/sold out dates accurate?
Our listed dates for back ordered or sold out products are an estimated date.  This means that although we have a typical transit time from the factory, actual arrival time is unknown.
An item is missing from my shipment?
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you have received your Package Tracking Number, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If each packages shows “delivered”, please contact us for assistance.
